- It is best to place your recyclables out the morning of pick-up, this will help prevent
  scavengers.
- It is recommeded to rinse out containers before placing in recycling bins.  Labels can be 
  left on the containers.  Lids can be recycled, but please take them off the containers.

-Don't put recyclable items in a plastic or garbabge bag. They should be placed in the recycle  bin loose
